Whether your legislative review staff consists of a small handful of individuals or a large group of departments full of personnel, you can create a list of people in your legislative tracking system and give everyone a username and password to access the system. Create departments and assign individuals to departments or to other custom keywords. You can even customize access levels to ensure that users are only able to use the system the way that you want them to.
Assign Bills Directly to Review Staff
The Agency System allows system administrators to assign bills directly to departments and individual staff members for their review. Assigning bills is as simple as clicking a check box, and when users log in they can click their “My Bills” button to view all the bills that have been assigned to them. Bills can be assigned to as many users as you need.
Enable Users to Leave Comments on Bills
Legislative Reviewers can leave comments on the bills by filling out a customizable comment form. Comments are stored with the bills and can be viewed by all users or hidden so they are only viewable to certain individuals.
